If you just want to find out more, join us for our fortnightly morning (8am) exercises (free) at East Coast Park, 24th Feb 2007.
If you want to look as radiant as I am now, you can attend the coming Energy Camp on 10-11 March 2007. The fee (S$300) includes ferry to Ubin, lodging, food, specially formulated skin scrub powder (organic) and course materials.
